Refund policy

Returns are accepted for UNUSED candles within 7 days of the original purchase date. Lovy's World hopes you are 100% thrilled with your candle.  However, if for any reason you are not in love with your candle, return it (Customer is responsible for RETURN POSTAGE) and Lovy's World will offer a refund or credit when the item is received back in our warehouse.

In the event your candle arrives damaged due to shipping, please include a photo of the damaged candle along with a photo of the packaging as it arrived in your claim.  Damage claims can be sent to lovysworld@icloud.com and a replacement candle will be sent within 14 days of receiving the claim. 

3% restocking fee on all returns, if we purchase a return label the postage will be deducted from your refund amount.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards either.
